  I've been searching for a decent taco truck when I moved to Oakland. Thankfully my mexican roommate brought me here one sunny afternoon. Firstly parking is a little tricky, do not park in front of the psychic reader's lot. That's a private lot, we mistaken it for the taco place's and nearly had our car towed. There are signs along the street that say no parking but cars park there all the time.
  
  Next, I would recommend ordering ahead. Yes.. this taco truck takes phone orders.  Since theres no real good seating after you order it's a lot easier to eat it at home or you eat it on your car's trunk like I did the first time. I recommend the tacos especially the carne asada and lengua. And dont forget to add the chips, they're made of doritos dust, and it's the best taco chips I've ever had!

  Some may have connotations of casual, on-the-fly operations when they think of taco trucks, but this one is legit and authentic. It can always be found near the edge of Lake Merritt, near where International Boulevard begins.
  
  Lots of folks were strolling or pulling up to wait for bomb-sized burritos, but I wanted to try their tacos. They didn't disappoint, whether the pastor, carnitas, lengua, or asada. Lots of tasty meat for just $2 per taco ($0.25 more if you order lengua or buche).
  
  Service is fast and efficient, with a steady flow of customers coming in and out at all hours of the day. A hidden gem in plain sight along busy 1st Avenue!

  This spot is quickly climbing to the top of my taco truck list. Their carne asada is fireeee.. I love it. They use red onion on their tacos and I'm convinced it brings more flavor.
  
  This is everything that it came with! Make sure to ask for lime if you want some, mine didn't come with any.
  
  Check them out before or after your lake Merritt run!

  To say I love this place is an understatement. Best Lengua burrito in the bay,  i would say. Their Lengua is so soft and moist!!! Their $15 super burrito is about the size of 2 burritos, so if you are sharing with your significant other or something, better deal to get that. Open late, and only takes cash but wow oh wow is it worth. Plus their green sauce is fire. & comes with a free bag of chips!

  Came here after Game 3 of the NBA championships. The line was soo long. I think people stopped by after the game too. Beside the line being long, there are a lot of options on the menu. The organization is quite unstructured. Where you order is the same place distributing food, so it can get a little messy. As they are trying to take orders and give out food.
  
  This truck has many options and the menu is thorough. I was impressed and they were still selling all items even at the time of night it was.  
  
  I ordered three tacos and waited about 20 minutes for them. Once our number was called, we got the food and headed. They also provided chips in the bag for free! Normally they charge, but the wait was kind of long and they were super busy so IDK!
  
  The tacos are really good. I do not think I have met a taco I did not like. The meat is very flavorful and the tacos are very filling. By taco #2 I was already full. The chips are honestly to die for. The chips are made in house, but those things taste just like Doritos, just less cheesy.
  
  Overall, the tacos were good and I would recommend this place if you are looking for a late night meal.
